CAJ encourages Japanese companies to take concrete action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to achieve a sustainable society. We engage with companies in a constructive dialogue (corporate engagement) as a shareholder while working closely with global institutional investors (investor engagement). We also advocate for government authorities to promote industrial decarbonization strategies while maintaining economic rationality (policy engagement).
