Corporate behavior is strongly influenced by government policies and international agreements. From the investors’ perspective, we urge policymakers and regulators to develop a policy framework that supports companies’ decarbonization effort while also fostering their economic competitiveness.
As part of our policy activities, CAJ provides resource persons to policymakers’ study sessions and international conferences and lobbies pertinent government agencies through the Japan Climate Leaders’ Partnership (JCLP).
