Ms Tereza Kaneta has an extensive blend of expertise in capital markets, business transformation, ESG and investor relations, with an international career spanning Japan, Brazil and the United States. Prior to joining CAJ, she held roles as CFO in startups, Partner in a global consulting firm, LatAm CEO of an investor relations advisory firm and worked in financial services as an investment banker and a buy-side analyst. Ms Kaneta has also been serving as a faculty member in the Global Liberal Arts Program (GLAP) at Rikkyo University, teaching leadership development courses since 2024. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and completed the Executive Education Program in Corporate Strategy at Harvard Business School. At CAJ, Ms Kaneta is leading a project to accelerate decarbonization of the steel sector in Japan.
