CAJ CEO Yasunori Takeuchi and Director Takayoshi Yokoyama Speak at Stewardship Study Group Session

CAJ CEO Yasunori Takeuchi and Director Takayoshi Yokoyama explored trends in shareholder proposals in Japan and abroad at the Stewardship Study Group. The study group brought together institutional investors who mainly invest in Japanese stocks. Moeko Porter of MSCI also took part in the event and, based on information from a survey conducted by MSCI, discussed climate governance and the Say on Climate Initiative (SoI). Almost 30 members of the study group attended online, and participants asked a number of questions following the presentations.
